CLIMPATH developed a five-year Climate Finance Action Plan for Trias, an international NGO working through member-based farmer and producer organisations. The assignment covered climate finance access pathways, donor engagement strategy, and prioritisation of implementation approaches, informed by a participatory workshop with key staff and validated through a restitution session.
