Meet the founder
Felisa Falcon is an international lawyer and climate policy and climate finance specialist with over ten years of experience advising governments, international organisations and development partners across Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific.
She founded CLIMPATH to help bridge the gap between climate ambition and implementation. Her work focuses on strengthening climate governance, expanding access to climate finance, developing climate strategies and building institutional capacity that enables long-term climate action.
Drawing on experience across government, international organisations, think tanks, development cooperation and consulting, Felisa brings a cross-geographical perspective that combines legal expertise, policy, finance and institutional practice. She works with clients to translate complex climate challenges into practical, finance-ready solutions aligned with international frameworks and national priorities.
At the heart of CLIMPATH is the belief that effective climate action depends on strong institutions, sound governance and strategic partnerships. This philosophy shapes every engagement, helping organisations move from commitments to implementation and lasting impact.
